Leaving should be as easy as joining. Here’s how to permanently delete your moe account and everything in it.
Enter the email address on your moe account. We’ll email you a 6-digit code, and you’ll confirm the deletion on the next page. You don’t need the app and you don’t need to sign in.
We email a code to any address you enter, whether or not it has an account with us.
If the code doesn’t arrive, or you’d rather talk to a person, email us a deletion request and we’ll take care of it — your data is purged within 15 calendar days. Include the email address on your moe account so we know which account you mean; we always confirm it’s really you before anything is deleted.

We complete deletion within 15 calendar days of your request. A few things are kept only where required:
Deleting your account is separate from canceling a subscription, which you manage through the App Store or Google Play.
